Custom Design of your Engagement Ring: Email us your design idea or picture of the ring you would like us to make. Our normal process involves making a wax first, we then send you the wax to try on and approve. There is a cost for the wax and it applies to your ring cost. If you choose to cancel your order after the wax is made, send us the wax back and you are not committed to the full cost of the ring, only the wax cost. We will also make minor modifications to the wax to meet any of your desired change. Once the wax model is agreed upon we can begin making the ring. Under normal business conditions (i.e.: non holidays) we can ship in approximately 3 weeks. We have the top crafters of jewelry, you will be pleased with your purchase.
All custom made rings are final sales. Please be sure to verify your ring size for most custom rings will have a charge to remake or rework the ring. Please ask about policies before ordering so you can be sure.
Platinum Rings: Due to the high cost of platinum. All our platinum rings are custom made and are final sales. Please verify your ring size to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Remake fees can be as high as 30%. |
